While in Vietnam i couldn't get enough of the many dips/sauces that every dish was served with, i had to re-create and bring back home the taste of Vietnam! My peanut sauce is creamy and layered with flavors and amazing with my, Take Me Back to Vietnam Salad Rolls! If you prefer a sweeter peanut sauce, cut back on the chili paste and add a touch more sugar, enjoy!
Ingredients
  • 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tbsp warm water
  • 1 clove garlic - diced
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp tamari/soy sauce
  • ½ tsp red chili sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients together in a small bowl, whisk together until sauce is creamy!
  2. I recommend using a whisk to mix, it will help break down the peanut butter into a creamy sauce.
