Creamy Cilantro Avocado Drizzle
I love this creamy, delicious and fresh sauce. I made it for my Zesty Fajita Squash Bowls, but have used it for several recipes as a sauce or a dip for veggies!
- ½ ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk (I use unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp fresh diced garlic
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- pinch of salt & pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add more water/milk until desired consistency!
